We have been at the forefront of Raman spectroscopy since its infancy, introducing ground breaking innovations such as the first Raman microscope and the world's first commercial remote Raman sampling probe .
Our division today, comprises of the combined expertise of the Jobin Yvon , Dilor and SPEX companies and is proud of having more than 3000 Raman systems installed worldwide. Well equipped applications Labs and technical support enable Jobin Yvon to provide services right through from the earliest proof of principle investigations. With a broad range of technologies available, Jobin Yvon can uniquely provide solutions in analytical , research and industrial measurements. Analysis can be made of the widest range of samples - from semiconductors to bulk chemicals, from forensics evidence to pharmaceutical polymorphs.
If you require a high performance Raman microscope, a remote Raman fibre-probe, a Raman macro-sampler or a Raman wellplate screening tool or wafer characterization system then speak to the Raman experts - Jobin Yvon.
Introducing the ground breaking XGT series of XRF elemental analysers:
Now part of the Horiba group of companies (already leaders in environmental, analytical and process control), Jobin Yvon extends capabilities in surface and materials characterization with the groundbreaking XGT series of ED XRF analysers. With patented XGT (X-Ray Guide Tube) technology, the instruments offer a new level of sensitivity and performance in elemental analysis. See the XGT EDXRF web pages for further details.

A wide range of Raman accessories are available through Jobin Yvon and including Raman mapping stages, Raman probes and Raman laser sources.
Mapping Stages
 |
A range of computer controlled XY mapping stages are available for the JY range of Raman microscope systems. These provide automated stage movement for Raman mapping and array screening.
Only very high stability and precision stages are used to ensure the full confocal spatial resolution of these instruments is exploited to the full. |
0.1-µm-step resolution is standard, with large translation XY, multiwell plate and large capacity versions available for specialized applications.
Full Z-axis control can be obtained through either a Z-axis translation unit, or the ultra-fine Piezo adjust system. |
A range of environmental sample stages are available for the JY range of Raman systems including:
- Heating/Cooling stages
- Humidity Cells
- Diamond anvil cells
- Electrochemical Cells
- NEW Catalyst Cell
- Helium Cryostats Cooling / Heating Stages
- Temp. Ranges include ambient to 1500 o C or LN2 to 600 o C
- Control through LabRAM software or controller
- Objective working distance typically 5mm or less
- White light microscopy by T/R possible
- Gas tight chamber
- Corrosive gases can be used in chamber
- Water cooling connections for stage lid
- XY manipulators
- Fits directly onto LabRAM/T64000 microscope stage

The fiber linked Raman microscope from JYHoriba, attaches to stand alone spectrometers or to fully integrated Raman systems alike.
|
The Fiber linked Raman microscope offers an alternative Raman sampling accessory for when it is not possible or is inconvenient to utilise the standard analytical Raman microscope such as the LabRam. It provides an ideal solution for remote Raman microscopy in isolated locations such as a clean room or fume cupboard.
